2. Data processed and purposes

• Identity and contact data (name, e-mail) — to answer enquiries and manage business relationships.
• Request data (project type, message) — to assess and respond to your request.
• Marketing data (e-mail, with consent) — to send news and event invitations.
• Transaction security data (IP address, logs) — to keep the website secure.

3. Legal grounds and collection method

Data is collected electronically through website forms, e-mail and cookies, on the grounds in KVKK Article 5: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests, and — for marketing and analytics — your explicit consent.

4. Transfers

Data may be shared with our group companies, IT and hosting providers, and authorities where required by law, within the limits of KVKK Articles 8 and 9. Transfers abroad (for example to our Rotterdam office or cloud providers) are made in line with Article 9.

5. Your rights under Article 11

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information about the processing
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of data under Article 7
• Request that third parties are notified of corrections or deletions
• Object to outcomes arising exclusively from automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

Send your request in writing to Esentepe Mah., Kore Şehitleri Cad. No:16/1/86, Şişli, Istanbul, Türkiye, or by e-mail to info@blockchainarmy.com from the address registered with us, following the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller. We respond within 30 days.
